Fruity Strawberry Popsicle

Low Calorie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk
10 ounces frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
1/2 cup fat-free strawberry frozen yogurt or strawberry
sorbet
Eight (2-1/2 ounce) paper cups or eight (2-1/2 ounce)
popsicle molds

Wooden popsicle sticks

Recipe makes eight popsicles.

Directions:

Partially thaw the berries. Put in blender with milk and
frozen yogurt, blend until smooth. Pour into paper cups or
popsicle tray and freeze until firm.

Try it with different fruit, too!
